New director at LSH
The Birmingham office of commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed a new director to its corporate advisory service team.
Nigel Oliver will take on the role having left DTZ Debenham Tie Leung, where he was business manager for UK national property management.
Prior to that, he was head of property management for the firm's Birmingham office and UK head of corporate real estate management.
He joined DTZ in 2007 when it acquired property consultant Donaldsons, where he was an equity partner.
In his new role with LSH, Oliver will be target and supply multi-disciplinary work for occupiers in the West Midlands. Existing clients include Severn Trent and Centro.
Ian Kibble, head of LSH's Birmingham office, said: "Nigel, with his excellent all round surveying and business management expertise, will be an asset to our team in Birmingham. He is used to working with high profile clients, particularly in the corporate occupier sector, and has an impressive track record."
