DTZ takes trio to market
The Nottingham office of property consultant DTZ has been appointed to market three office buildings in the city.
DTZ’s business space team will market Avalon Court, located on Kent Street in the city centre. The site comprises office suites to let from 3,000 sq ft to 30,322 sq ft across four floors.
The agency is also looking to sell or let 2 Castle Boulevard, a four-storey period building formerly used as a mill. It has open plan accommodation available from 1,654 sq ft to 17,811 sq ft.
Consent has been secured to extend the property and provide up to 20,000 sq ft of self-contained space.
Completing the hat-trick is office complex 1 Mere Way, part of Ruddington Fields Business Park.
