Share | |

Pertemps People Development Group (PPDG) has agreed two five-year leases on offices in Wolverhampton and West Bromwich.

The Birmingham-based recruitment company has signed contracts on 4,500 sq ft at 31 Waterloo Road, Wolverhampton, and 6,000 sq ft at Guardian House, Cronehills Linkway, West Bromwich.

Midlands property investor Bond Wolfe let the Wolverhampton premises, while Birmingham-based property company Real Estate Investors (REI) agreed the deal at its Guardian House site.

PPDG said the larger office in Wolverhampton would allow it to grow its small presence in the city, calling the preoprty deal a "fresh start" to its movements in the area.

Bond Wolfe acted for itself on the Waterloo Road site and advised REI on the West Bromwich office deal.

James Mattin, Bond Wolfe's managing partner, said: "Both buildings represent strong examples of current market demand as PPDG will utilise open plan space to maximise their needs in a challenging market place."

PPDG specialises in finding work for disadvantaged job seekers, in particular the long term unemployed.
