Salloway markets Mechanics Arms
The Mechanic's Arms pub in Nottingham has been put on the market.
Salloway Property Consultants has been appointed to sell the property, which is located near the junction of Mansfield Road and Huntingdon Street.
The public house comprises 5,344 sq ft and continues to trade successfully, said the property agency. It is owned by local businessman Brendan Minihane and is being marketed for lease.
In addition to the ground floor pub, the property also provides income through the rent of the upper floors.
Marc Ballard of Salloway said: "This property presents an opportunity for income through the trading public house and potential uses available to the upper floors. Being close to existing student accommodation and a large residential area, the premises has a large population from which to draw revenue from.
"We are open to discussing a wide range of opportunities which might be put to the premises including its development or conversion for alternative uses."
