Dudley law firm wins HSBC framework deal
Dudley-based corporate law firm Hawkins Hatton has been appointed to HSBC's West Midlands regional panel.
Through the deal, Hawkins Hatton will act for the bank on client business.
Corporate partner and founder Colin Rodrigues said the appointment would give Hawkins Hatton the opportunity to increase its revenue stream and boost its fledgling commercial property department.
Rodrigues said: "We already share several large West Midlands-based clients with HSBC and are looking forward to developing our working relationship with the bank further, particularly as it is currently seen as one of the most pro-active financial institutions in the marketplace."
Kevin Skym, area commercial director for HSBC Bank based in Wolverhampton, said: "Hawkins Hatton have built a good reputation in the corporate finance community and we look forward to developing our working relationship with Colin and the team."
