Trelleborg Wheel rides into Willow Farm
Trelleborg Wheel Systems UK has taken an office building on Willow Farm Business Park in Castle Donington. The company said the deal was part of its regional expansion plans.
Acting on behalf of Wilson Bowden Developments, the deal was secured by the Nottingham office of property agent DTZ, FHP and Mather Jamie.
Trelleborg, part of the global Trelleborg Group, has taken a 2,414 sq ft office building at the Redwing Court site.
The company, which supplies tyres and wheels, said it opted to move into Redwing Court due to its accessibility to the East Midlands region, particularly the airport.
John Westwood, managing director at the Trelleborg Wheel Systems UK operation, said: "Redwing Court not only supports our premium brand position, but also gives easy accessibility to our customer base."
Trelleborg Wheel Systems has annual sales of about €314m (£274m), 1,918 employees and six factories worldwide.
