Crips bites at Holland & Barratt deal
Derbyshire snack producer Crips has won a contract to supply its products to 600 Holland & Barratt stores nationwide.
The company said its contract win with the chain of health food stores was its largest so far. Holland & Barratt will stock the Crips 99Cals snack in three flavours across its UK outlets.
It is the second deal Crips has struck with a major retailer in less than three months after it began selling in Morrisons' top 300 stores earlier this year.
Crips managing director Gareth Smith said: "We are delighted to announce our second major national deal in less than three months. Having our Crips 99Cals on the shelves of Holland & Barrett, which has a store on virtually every town and city high street, will make it easier for our customers to buy our snacks. This listing is the biggest in terms of store numbers that we have achieved."
The wheat and potato snacks are also available in selected Tesco stores in the Midlands and in 67 Waitrose outlets nationwide.
