IMCS moves HQ to The Oaks
Property and building services business Integrated M&C Services (IMCS) has taken a 1,300 sq ft office building at The Oaks Business Park in Redditch.
St Modwen completed the five-year 1,292 sq ft letting at Clews Road where IMCS is set to house its headquarters.
Julie Rossiter, senior asset manager at St Modwen, said: "We are delighted to have completed the letting to IMCS so quickly. From agreeing the term, IMCS were in occupation and operational within four days."
The Oaks is currently offering offices for sale or to let with car parking for small and medium-sized companies.
IMCS supplies property and building products across the Midlands area. It includes consultation, refurbishment and maintenance services to clients working in the insurance, public and private sectors.
