C&L comes to Queensway
C&L Fabrication has relocated to Telford's Queensway Business Park.
The company, which specialises in the design and manufacture of sewage treatment systems, has taken 10,279 sq ft of office space in unit 1C of the site.
C&L moved to the site from the nearby Hortonwood Industrial Estate.
Bulleys Chartered Surveyors' Telford office completed the letting on behalf of regeneration specialist St Modwen.
Steven Lamb and Tim Cumming, directors of C&L, said: "We needed to increase our manufacturing capacity to ensure that we could meet and exceed the continued growth in demand for our products. Queensway offered us the ideal premises, not least because of the secure yard facility and 24 hour security."
Bulley's Chartered Surveyors and Andrew Dixon & Company are joint letting agents on the Queensway scheme.
