Kier makes Blythe Valley Park move
Construction group Kier has relocated its Birmingham headquarters to Blythe Valley Park.
Regional contractor Kier Moss has moved from the Maypole in Birmingham to larger premises in the Tungsten building at the business park near Solihull.
The building has been purchased by Kier’s commercial property arm, Kier Property, for occupation by Kier Moss and the company's social housing division, Kier Partnership Homes.
The building comprises more than 23,000 sq ft of office space over two floors.
Kier Moss' director Gary Pearce, who heads up the company’s Birmingham office, said: "With our increasing presence in Birmingham and the West Midlands, we had outgrown our existing premises.
"Sister company Kier Partnership Homes will be occupying the first floor and having this additional space provides the chance to give our local clients easier access to the services of the wider group."
The Birmingham office of property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH)acquired the building on behalf of Kier.
