Thomas Solicitors grows Loughborough base
The Loughborough office of Thomas Solicitors has acquired an additional property to expand its presence in the city.
Thomas Solicitors secured a lease renewal on its existing premises and acquired the neighbouring premises for expansion.
East Midlands property agent FHP Property Consultants advised the deal.
The new property is located on the corner of Church Gate and Leamington Street in Loughborough town centre. The law firm has been based on the site for the past ten years.
A new lease for a further seven years has been agreed on both premises.
Phil Bloxham of Thomas Solicitors said: "We were keen to continue our strong presence in Loughborough town centre; however space was becoming an issue for us as the firm continues to grow.
"The acquisition of the adjacent premises gives us not only expansion space to serve our increasing client base but the lease term allows us to plan appropriately for the future."
