Law firm Harrison Clark has launched a new service for entrepreneurs planning to set up a business.

The Worcester firm said the provision was designed to support start-up businesses with the main elements involved in setting up a new limited company or limited liability partnership.

General legal advice would be offered alongside guidance on company incorporation, employment contracts and confidentiality agreements.

The service is open to all entrepreneurs starting a business or businesspeople with fledgling companies.

Rachael Thornton, solicitor at Harrison Clark, said: "We have introduced this new service to provide a convenient, affordable, tailor-made solution to entrepreneurs. With our straightforward web page and access to Harrison Clark’s top business solicitors, we’re aiming to make the process pretty much stress free."

Harrison Clark recently merged with Hereford-based Shawcross & Co, creating a law firm with 206 staff and partners.
