Staffline snaps up Arnashade Recruitment
Staffline, the Nottingham-based outsourcing company, has acquired certain assets and commercial relationships from Arnashade Recruitment.
Staffline completed the deal after Arnashade entered administration on 15 July 20011.
The company specialises in industrial recruitment and services a number of corporate customers in the Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire area.
Prior to this latest deal, Staffline had made five acquisitions in the last year.
Alongside its Nottingham headquarters, Staffline also operates offices in Coventry, Dudley, Stoke and Telford.
Earlier this year, Staffline completed its latest purchase of Solihull-based recruitment company FourstaR Employment and Skills for £3m.
