Beachcroft merger to create £175m firm
Law firm Beachcroft, which has an office in Birmingham, has confirmed its plans to merge with Davis Arnold Cooper.
The firm, which employs 228 staff in Birmingham, will launch the new firm DAC Beachcroft with Davis Arnold Cooper on 1 November.
DAC Beachcroft will have a turnover of more than £175m and 2,000 staff. The combined firm will have a network of offices in the UK and an international presence covering Europe, Latin America, North America and Asia Pacific.

The Birmingham office of the firm has 228 staff including 14 partners, and specialises in injury risk, commercial and property risk, construction and commercial services.
