New senior partner at Yorkshire Bank
Gareth Jones has been appointed as a senior partner at Yorkshire Bank’s Financial Solutions Centre (FSC) in Birmingham.
Jones has previously worked in Birmingham, Dudley, Worcester and Coventry for Barclays before joining the Bank of Scotland in 2002.
At the bank of Scotland, Jones held the position of area director before leading various teams across the West and South Midlands.
In his role at Yorkshire Bank, he will be responsible for a team of seven business partners in the Temple Row office, working alongside businesses with turnover between £1m -£50m.
Jones said: "Having all our experts in one location is distinctive in the market place in terms of banking facilities for SMEs and owners and ensures our customers can speak to everyone they need for all areas of their business in one meeting.
"I think the set-up and the experience of the people who work at the FSC means Yorkshire Bank will continue to offer the kind of services which business professionals need to take advantage of growth opportunities."
