Christie + Co brings pub chain to market
The Birmingham office of property agent Christie + Co has been instructed to market a portfolio of 22 pubs across the West Midlands.
The pubs, being sold on behalf of Penn Street Taverns, will be sold in groups or individually.
Most of the sites are freehold and range in price from £85,000 to £450,000.
The pubs are located a across the West Midlands, largely in Shropshire, Staffordshire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
Christie + Co said some of the sites could be suitable for alternative use subject to planning consents.
Noel Moffitt, director at the property agent, said: "The Penn Street Taverns estate includes some very attractive properties that offer operators and investors a range of possibilities.
"The majority of pubs are available for sale with the benefit of vacant possession, but there are also a number of investment properties which will be sold with an occupational lease or tenancy agreement in place."
