New associate partner for FHP
Property consultancy FHP has appointed Alastair Fearn to an associate partner role.
Fearn has worked at the company, which has offices in Nottingham and Derby, for five years.
Along with the promotion, Fearn has moved from FHP's office and industrial agency team to its professional and insolvency department.
Andrew Chapman, partner at FHP, said: "The decision to promote Alastair to associate partner is a reflection not only to the contribution he has made to the professional department but also work in developing the growing insolvency department.
"Since Alastair’s change in role he has been able to assist clients in a professional, personal and thorough way across a range of issues and types of property."
After completing a placement year at the firm in 2003, Fearn rejoined FHP in 2006 and became a member of the office and industrial team. There, he acted on behalf of landlords and tenants in disposing properties across the East Midlands.
