Two promoted at Colliers
Property consultancy Colliers International has promoted Ben Briant and Susannah Smith to associate director positions at its Birmingham office.
Briant joined Colliers International’s automotive and roadside team in 2006. He specialises in the sale and letting of vehicle dealerships, trade counter/retail units and tyre and exhaust service centres.
His clients include Formula One Autocentres, GSF Car Parts, Inchcape, Mercedes-Benz Retail Group and Volkswagen Group UK.
Smith has worked in residential property sales and marketing for 15 years, specialising in the sales of new homes, residential and mixed-use schemes.
She joined Colliers International in 2009 to work as part of the Midlands-based real estate corporate restructuring and recovery team.
