Harrison Clark leads £46m deal sweep
Law firm Harrison Clark has completed seven deals in as many days. The Worcester-based firm, which recently merged with Herefordshire solicitor Shawcross & Co, said the deals were worth more than £46m.
The firm's corporate teams in both the Worcester and Cheltenham offices advised on the refinancing, restructure, acquisitions and disposals across sectors including healthcare, manufacturing and retail.
Managing partner and head of corporate, Rod Thomas, said: "We have had a fantastic start to the year overall, and added to this our ability to service this number of transactions shows the strength of the offering that the Harrison Clark corporate team can offer its clients across our offices.
"Being a team of three partners and ten fee earners covering the Cheltenham and Worcester offices ensured that we were able to provide a first class service to all of our clients without compromising any other transaction."
The seven-day dealmaking stint was announced days after the firm revealed it would merge with Shawcross & Co. At the time of the announcement, Thomas told Insider the new firm aimed to become the biggest law entity throughout Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
