Inoapps grows with Teamsolve buy
Derbyshire technology company Inoapps has acquired Teamsolve, a specialist in Oracle technology and managed services.
Teamsolve, which was purchased for an undisclosed fee, was acquired to help establish Innoapps' position as an Oracle technology specialist in the UK.
The Oracle network provides services and resources to architects and developers across the country.
In a statement, Inoapps said the combined business would provide "unrivalled, innovative solutions and services across all markets, delivering a rapid return on investment".
It added: "The additional skills and opportunities will place the business in the perfect position to respond to customers’ needs with agility and efficiency."
Founder and chief executive of Inoapps, Andy Bird, added: "It's a critical time for the Oracle partner community; key technology developments have opened a number of exciting opportunities for innovative and forward-thinking companies.
"This acquisition provides us with even greater depth of skill and breadth of services, allowing us to seize even more opportunities for the creation of further customer benefits."
Inoapps employs more than 70 people in its offices in Derbyshire, Edinburgh and Aberdeen.
