4See concludes deal hat-trick

Share | |

Health and safety consultant 4See Group has made its third acquisition in recent months with the purchase of Northampton-based O'Sullivan Asbestos.

O'Sullivan Asbestos assists clients in legal duties to identify and manage the risks posed by asbestos. As a company under the 4See brand, it will also provide assistance for asbestos bulk analysis, air monitoring and four-stage clearance testing.

It completes a trio of recent acquisitions for Towcester-based 4See Group, which has invested in energy specialist Burcote Consultancy and ClearView Safety, which provides first aid and fire safety training.

Mike Walker, managing director of the 4See Group, said: "This addition will enable us to supply a full range of asbestos consultancy services, specifically undertaking management, refurbishment and pre-demolition surveys, re-inspections, production of asbestos management plans and management of asbestos removal projects.

"As well as another exciting step in the growth of the group, this development also provides us with direct access to the resources and skills that many of our clients need in this area, skills which we have had to outsource until now."

O'Sullivan Associates' founder Kathryn Hewitt will join the 4See Group as managing director of the new business.
