New director at MacIntyre Hudson
Leicester-based chartered accountant MacIntyre Hudson has appointed Mukesh Bulsara as director of corporate finance.
Prior to his role at MacIntyre Hudson, Bulsara worked in the corporate finance departments at Deloitte and Ernst and Young.
He is also a board director of Leicestershire Business Voice.
In his new role, Bulsara will lead transactions for companies contemplating an acquisition, sale or management buyout.
MacIntyre Hudson recently merged with Leicester tax specialist Powrie Appleby.
Bulsara said: "Not only is the Leicester office strengthening its offer in the field of taxation but it is also now providing corporate finance advice from a highly experienced team with proven knowledge of the regional marketplace.
"We look forward to working closely with other professional advisers such as banks and law firms in Leicester and the East Midlands."
