Hines and Moorfield unveil Four Brindleyplace
Hines Global REIT and Moorfield Group have brought a second office scheme to the market at Brindleyplace, Birmingham.
About 20,000 sq ft of newly refurbished office space is being marketed within Four Brindleyplace.
Current occupiers include Deloitte and Michael Page.
Hines and Moorfield have acquired eight properties on the estate within the last year.
Joint agents for Four Brindleyplace are GVA and Colliers International. In a statement, the joint agents said: "Hines Global REIT and Moorfield are clearly committed to ensuring both existing and future office occupiers within Brindleyplace benefit from its customer-focussed asset management strategy for the estate.
"The companies have made a significant investment in refurbishing this quality office space within Four Brindleyplace for the benefit of its future occupier, and we expect to see it let swiftly to a business of similar calibre to the existing occupiers within the building."
