Projex bags deal to support expansion
Projex Building Solutions, based in Birmingham, has agreed a financial package with Santander Corporate Banking to support its planned growth.
Managing partner Phil Tomalin said the business hopes the funding will allow it to double turnover for the third year running.
A new office is also opening in Henley-in-Arden and follows on from last month's merger been Leeds-based company Projex and Birmingham construction cost consultancy Keane Consult.
As part of its expansion plans, the firm of surveyors and project managers has secured a contract to advise on the £30m Rushden Lakes Shopping Centre scheme in Northamptonshire.
Hardeep Thandi, a Santander relationship manager, said: "Projex has a fantastic market proposition, providing unique services to the highly specialised construction sector and we wish them every success going forward."
