Caravan company bites the bullet with relocation
Two lettings totalling 30,000 sq ft have been secured on the Easter Park scheme in Kidderminster. Silver Bullet Caravans, which has relocated from Stourbridge, is among the new tenants.
The company, which manufactures bespoke fifties-style aluminium caravans and commercial trailers, has taken a unit of 9,200 sq ft.
Andrew Cosnett, from the industrial team of Jones Lang LaSalle - which acted as the agent on the scheme, said: "Easter Park is an example of a well located and prominent industrial development, with first class amenities already attracting a range of quality operators.
"The fact that two lettings have come so close together demonstrates an improving interest in this and other new build schemes. It also reflects a general perception amongst occupiers of an impending shortage in this market, following a lull in speculative development, which is unlikely to pick up in the foreseeable future."
Six of the nine units have now been let at the scheme.
