Yamaha Music School in city centre move
Yamaha Music School has let a property in Nottingham city centre on a ten year lease.
The property, on East Circus Street, is a period office building set over four floors.
FHP represented the landlord in the deal.
Mark Tomlinson, spokesman for FHP, said: "The property was brought to the market in February having been refurbished to a good standard. This was the key to getting this space let in such a short period of time."
Linda Jackson, from Nottingham Yamaha Music School, added: "We had been looking for premises in Nottingham city with no luck, I contacted FHP gave details and was immediately sent the details, the property was perfect for us and with the help and support of Mark we breezed through what usually would be thought of as a very traumatic time."
Nottingham Yamaha Music School provides piano, keyboard and guitar tuition for children from the age of three up to adults. It claims that just under 300 pupils attend their classes each week.
