MSE Hillier moves into Markham Vale
Supply and rental company MSE Hillier has relocated into a manufacturing site in Derbyshire.
The 15,000 sq ft building was constructed by Henry Boot Developments for MSE Hillier, which is relocating from Chesterfield.
Constructed on Henry Boot Developments' 200-acre Markham Vale Business Park in Derbyshire, MSE Hillier also has the option to take an additional 15,000 sq ft of space.
This will be used to accommodate its anticipated expansion from 15 to 40 employees in the next few months, said the company.
MSE Hillier specialises in the supply and rental of centrifuges and sludge dewatering equipment.
Ben Ward, senior development surveyor at Henry Boot Developments, said: "The design and build market is a growth area and one which we can demonstrate a proven track record in.
"By working with MSE Hillier to create a new facility to meet its exact requirements, we are enabling their business to operate more effectively and plan for future expansion whilst also securing the future of Markham Vale as a key business location."
The offices of Jones Lang LaSalle in Nottingham and Leeds acted on behalf of Henry Boot.
