Speller Metcalfe launches Living
Building contractor Speller Metcalfe has launched a new business division. The Malvern-based company's 'Living' arm will focus on the build and development of residential projects, social housing and social care accommodation.
Managing director Steve Speller will head the division, joined by Matt Brown, the company's residential development manager.
Speller Metcalfe said the aim of the new division was to raise standards for the provision of "low cost sustainable housing".
Brown said: "Speller Metcalfe is known for promoting a collaborative and innovative approach toward achieving excellence in construction, and after 18 months of extremely hard planning, we have applied our core principles to establish a specialist division dedicated to meeting the needs of today's housing requirements."
