Porsche drives ahead with Solihull move
Work is underway to develop a new location for Solihull's Porsche Centre. The new site, on Highlands Road, is set to span more than three acres of land.
Porsche said its decision to relocate the Solihull office was a "major long term investment in the Porsche business and in the local region".
The company said it would embark upon a recruitment drive to expand the current team.
It will feature a 36-car showroom for new and Porsche approved used cars, spread over two floors. A 12-bay workshop equipped with a MOT bay and diagnosis and cosmetic repair service.
Until the new dealership opens in early 2012, Porsche Centre Solihull will operate at its Four Ashes Road, Dorridge, site.
