Savills unveils auction lots
Property agent Savills has revealed several sites which will be on offer at its next auction at the end of the month. Among the lots is a grade II-listed building just outside Nottingham city centre.
Number one, Promenade is a six-bedroom Grade II-listed town house comprising 3,500 sq ft of accommodation.
Two plots of land with full planning permission are being marketed towards developers. They are located in Aldercar near Langley Mill and near Newark. The latter spans one and a half acres of land.
Rental properties covering both the private and student sectors of the market will also be on offer in Arnold, Lenton and Beeston.
Bob Crocker, a director at Savills Nottingham and auction co-ordinator, said: "The auction promises real opportunities for buyers, as a diverse mix of period residential properties, investment opportunities and commercial lots are all on offer."
The agent's auction will take place at Nottingham Race Course, Colwick, on 30 June.
