Roll up for the Big Deals Debate
Audience places are still available for Insider’s Big Deals Debate in Coventry on Thursday 30 June.
Aimed at corporate finance practitioners based in both the West and East Midlands, the event at Coventry TechnoCentre will dig beneath the surface to find out exactly what's happening in the regional deals market, look at issues preventing deals from taking place and predict where future opportunities are likely to come from.
Our Question Time-style event will be a panel-led discussion chaired by Insider's deputy editor Sam Metcalf. But with an audience of dealmakers we expect the level of interaction between audience and panel to be high.
Confirmed panellists include Simon Ward, investment director of Birmingham venture capitalist firm EV which recently took a minority stake' in Trekmates, the Nottingham-based outdoor brand, as part of an £8.7m deal and DLA Piper corporate partner Mark Beardmore.
