Lease secured for Continental Autoparts
Continental Autoparts has agreed terms on a unit at Enterprise Park in Hucknall, Nottingham.
The manufacturer is the fourth tenant to sign up to the site this year. The deal was secured by Derby-based letting agent FHP.
Mark Tomlinson, of FHP, said: "With fewer tenants defaulting on their leases and the continued lettings success that we are experiencing on the park we are heading towards fairly decent of occupation on the site. The site is also due to undergo an extensive refurbishment programme and we are confident that the space will sell itself to more local companies."
The park is managed by Cedarwood Asset Management.
Charlie Withers from Cedarwood said: "We are about to start a range of improvement works including external redecoration of the vacant units, and the provision of electric gates at the entrance to the scheme which will make Enterprise Park an even more attractive location for local businesses."
