Specialist Crafts sets designs on Leicester move
Art and design supplier Specialist Crafts has moved into Leicester's Hamilton Business Park.
The Leicestershire company has relocated to a single floor unit comprising a warehouse and open plan offices.
Property agent Innes England acted to behalf of the landlord, Milords International, to let the 61,529 sq ft building.
Specialist Crafts, previously based in Syston, is described as one of the UK's largest suppliers of educational art, craft and design materials.
Nick Beavon, the company's managing director, said Specialist Crafts would now continue to grow organically through acquisitions.
He said: "We are currently expanding our market to supply every English-speaking school in the world and plan to double the size of the business over the next three years.
"The move to Hamilton House has given the team room to expand and automate in order to meet this target. The building is already 30 per cent larger than our previous site and we intend to extend within the next year."
