Flecknoe deflects to BNP Paribas
Property adviser BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Siobhan Flecknoe as director in its Birmingham rating team.
Flecknoe joins the office from Colliers International in Birmingham where she was director for six years. Prior to that, she was with Chesterton’s Birmingham office for three years.
In her previous posts, Flecknoe has provided rating advice for clients including Coventry Building Society and West Bromwich Building Society.
BNP Paribas said her appointment was part of its plan to expand its Midlands rating team, following the arrival of David Cureton who joined from King Sturge to head the team in May.
