Merchant promoted at PKF
Business advisory service PKF has promoted Roger Merchant to partner in charge at its Leicester office.
Merchant specialises in audit and provides business assurance and advisory services to a range of commercial clients. He will continue working with mid-market companies, entrepreneurs and venture capital-backed businesses. He will also lead PKF's due diligence services across the region.
Merchant said: "My aim is to build on this excellent foundation to develop the business even further in the future.
"PKF has a particularly good reputation for providing high quality advice to family businesses and we will continue to invest in this area in the future. I look forward to working with David and the rest of the team in my new role as we continue to support our clients in this challenging business climate."
Alongside Merchant's promotion, corporate tax specialist David Weir will also take on a senior role in the firm's Leicester office.
