HSBC gives Regenersis £15m boost
HSBC's Midlands corporate banking team has structured a £15m banking facility for technology outsourcing company Regenersis.
Under the deal, HSBC will also act as the Cambridgeshire-based company's sole banking partner in the UK and Europe.
Regenersis is a strategic outsourcing partner to consumer technology companies, working with products including mobile phones, televisions and set-top boxes.
Maurice Heath, head of corporate banking at HSBC in the Midlands, said: "Regenersis is a business that has achieved success on an international level in an extremely competitive market place, and which remains focused on further growth and expansion. We’re looking forward to working with the management team to provide internationally coordinated banking facilities that will help them achieve their ambitions."
Jeremy Wilson, chief financial officer at Regenersis, added: "As a business, we rely on the strong relationships we build with our clients, which is a business model that HSBC naturally understands. As such, the bank felt like a perfect fit to support us moving forward, and we’re looking forward to benefiting from their global expertise."
