Ember TV heads to Eastside
Ember Television has relocated to Digbeth, after moving from its premises in Birmingham Science Park Aston (BSPA).
The company will occupy the penthouse office suite at Rhubarb, a newly-built development opposite the Custard Factory.
Ember television, which specialises in broadcast-quality video production for the corporate sector, began trading last November.
Executive director Robin Powell said: "Despite the tough economic climate we’ve made an excellent start. The move to Digbeth marks the beginning of another exciting stage in our development."
At BSPA, the company was part of both the Bseen start-up enterprise programme and the Entrepreneurs for the Future programme.
"We are very grateful to BSPA for the help we’ve been given there. We’ve made some good friends, and although there’s a tinge of sadness at moving on, we very much hope our association with the Science Park will continue.
"The regeneration of Digbeth, and Eastside generally, is something we want to be part of."
