Robinson secures £12m deals
Derby-based structural steelwork specialist Robinson has secured several contract wins totalling more than £12m in the last few weeks.
The company's steel structures division has won a £4m contract from construction company Bowmer & Kirkland to deliver the steelwork structure for a 107,639 sq ft Tesco store in Sheffield. It will also take on a project to create the steelwork for the building which will house the Co-operative Academy in Stoke-on-Trent. The £1m contract will begin in September 2012.
Robinson Agriculture has secured contracts including a £170,000 project to build a grain store for F G Battle & Sons at Potterhanworth, near Lincoln. It will also build a £220,000 hay barn and storage complex for Chappell Farms in Brigg, North Lincolnshire and a £215,000 grain store in Cambridgeshire for Hargrave Farming.
