Maintain signs framework deal
The Maintain division of Mansfield-based building contractor Herbert Baggaley Construction has secured a three-year framework agreement with Leicestershire County Council.
Maintain will provide building and joinery maintenance services to the council alongside several other selected companies. The company will take an equal share in the £3m contract with the other contractors.
Baggaley will undertake building and joinery maintenance work on council managed property including schools, libraries and public buildings.
The contract does not include work undertaken on residential houses.
