Ecotechnics takes Old Dalby lease
Highcross has let an industrial warehouse unit at its Old Dalby Business Park, near Melton Mowbray, to Ecotechnics.
The company, which manufactures and distributes equipment for the horticultural trade, had previously occupied two smaller units at the scheme.
Highcross has let the 16,545 sq ft unit to Ecotechnics on a five-year lease.
Highcross asset manager, Joe Curlett comments: “Since the beginning of the year, we have let more than 70,000 sq ft at the park. This success reflects the scheme’s wide ranging, flexible business space, good location and affordable rent levels.”
The Old Dalby Business Park comprises both industrial and warehouse units from 16,000 sq ft to 102,000 sq ft, available on freehold or flexible lease arrangements.
