Esko Artwork sets designs on Solihull
Esko Artwork is relocating from its Redditch office to Blythe Valley Park in Solihull after agreeing a ten-year lease.
The company, which provides pre-press software to the packaging and print industry, will move into a 2,745 sq ft office in the Rhodium Building on the park.
The park is developed and managed by Liberty Property Trust UK and Doughty Hanson & Co Real Estate.
The firm employs over 1,000 people worldwide and was bought by Danaher Corporation, a maker of microscopes and water treatment systems, for €350m earlier this year.
As part of the relocation to Solihull, Danaher will also be moving an existing administration office it has in the Regus building at Blythe Valley Park into the new office.
Kate Smith, of Liberty Property Trust, said: "More than 90 per cent of the food packaging produced globally is done so using Esko’s software so the company is a major player in the packaging and printing industry.
"Its products and services help customers raise productivity, lower costs and expand business so we are pleased they have become the latest major firm to take space at the park and look forward to working closely with them over the next ten years."
