Property agent DTZ is seeking an investor to acquire an office building in Buntsford Gate Business Park, Bromsgrove.
The freehold interest in 1 The Courtyard, Buntsford Gate Business Park, is being marketed by the Birmingham office of DTZ on behalf of real estate fund managers PRUPIM.
The building comprises 8,514 sq ft of modern detached office space which is currently let to Walter GB with five years remaining on its lease.
