A landmark office building in Nottingham city centre has been given a new name. Rodney House will now be known as Archer House as the site undergoes a refurbishment programme.

The entrance and reception area of the six storey, multi-let office building is currently undergoing a redevelopment.

The site is being jointly marketed by the Nottingham office of DTZ and Innes England.

Helen Longstaffe, director of business space at DTZ in Nottingham, said: "Rodney House is a well-known building in Nottingham’s commercial district. We anticipate the refurbishment works and the name change to Archer House will to give the building a new lease of life and attract occupiers looking for flexible space on highly competitive terms."

Other occupiers at the building include, Pearson Plc and Macildowie & Associates Recruitment Consultants.
