Meghani defects to Challinors
Law firm Challinors has poached the former head of family law at rival Nottingham firm Fraser Brown.
Pramila Meghani joins Challinors as an associate after 20 years at Fraser Brown.
Meghani joins Challinors' family law team, after heading the rival team at Fraser Brown, where she also held the role of partner for 18 years.
At Challinors, she rejoins Fraser Brown's former chief Andy Hodges, Challinors’ chief executive since 2007, and corporate partner Jeremy Hale, who was with Fraser Brown for 13 years.
Meghani said she will focus on developing a family law service with an emphasis on general private client, financial and mediation matters.
She will operate from each of Challinors' Midlands network of offices including Nottingham, Birmingham and West Bromwich.
