Tradewind breezes into Birmingham
Tradewind Recruitment has chosen Birmingham as the location for its first venture outside London. The agency has taken a lease on office space at 2 Blucher Street in the city centre.
Tradewind, which specialises in providing recruitment services to the education sector, has taken 1,423 sq ft of office space opposite The Mailbox.
The building is owned by Shrewsbury-based Morris Property, which was advised by Drivers Jonas Deloitte in Birmingham.
Bill Andrews, operations director at Tradewind Recruitment, said: "Birmingham is the first port of call in our expansion plans outside London. Our position as the premier education recruitment business in London is already proving to serve us well in the West Midlands.
"We have been fortunate enough to find office space that is fitted out to the highest standard and in an ideal location for us, close to public transport links, as well as offering an opportunity to expand within the same space as our business grows."
