Directors vote Lloyds top bank
Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets has been named Bank of the Year at the Real FD/CBI Excellence Awards. It is the seventh consecutive win for the bank.
The award is voted for by almost 1,000 finance directors across the country who put forward their views on the level of support they have received from their bank, and the support they believe they will receive in the future.
Dene Jones, area director for Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets in the East Midlands, said: "Winning this award for the seventh year running is testament to the consistent passion and expertise our teams put into building long-lasting relationships with our customers in the East Midlands.
"We’re extremely proud to have won, and for the recognition of the support and guidance we provide our customers to help them grow and develop their businesses."
Lloyds award win follows the group’s recent announcement that it lent £10.3bn to businesses in the first three months of 2011 and £49bn during 2010.
