Browne Jacobson has made three promotions within its Birmingham team office. The law firm has also named five of its lawyers partners across its three offices.

The three appointments made in the Birmingham office were part of a promotions drive by Browne Jacobson, through which 13 lawyers were made associates.

Promoted to associate level in the office were: James Arrowsmith (personal injury); Matt Harpin (personal injury) and Pearl Mullen (personal injury).

The new partners are Dai Durbridge (social care and education), Fiona Butler (environment/advocacy), Jonathan Newbold (financial and professional risk), Laura Hughes (environment/advocacy) and Shaun McCabe (banking).

William Colacicchi, senior partner at Browne Jacobson, said: "All five promotions are richly deserved. They are all excellent lawyers who have made a demonstrable difference to the firm’s success through their dedication, hard work and commitment to exceptional client service.

"We have an enviable track record for attracting and retaining some of the best legal talent in the Midlands and are confident that they will continue to make a valuable contribution to the firm for many years to come."

Browne Jacobson has offices in Birmingham, Nottingham and London.
