Promotions drive at Browne Jacobson
Browne Jacobson has made nine promotions within its Nottingham team. The law firm has also named five of its lawyers as partners across its three offices.
The nine appointments made in the Nottingham office were part of a promotions drive by Browne Jacobson, through which 13 lawyers were made associates across the country.
Promoted to associate level in the office were: Mick Suggett (property, health and public authority team); Tim Johnson (financial and professional risk); Helen Davis (financial and professional risk); Nick McDonald (IP litigation); Richard Roberts (IP litigation); Oliver Sweeney (regulatory); Richard Briggs (health); Rachel Williams (commercial); and Beth Dowson (corporate tax).
The new partners are: Dai Durbridge (social care and education), Fiona Butler (environment/advocacy), Jonathan Newbold (financial and professional risk), Laura Hughes (environment/advocacy) and Shaun McCabe (banking).
William Colacicchi, senior partner at Browne Jacobson, said: "All five promotions are richly deserved. They are all excellent lawyers who have made a demonstrable difference to the firm’s success through their dedication, hard work and commitment to exceptional client service.
"We have an enviable track record for attracting and retaining some of the best legal talent in the Midlands and are confident that they will continue to make a valuable contribution to the firm for many years to come."
