Share | |

Cafe operator Nanny Marney has taken a unit in the Bradford Court Business Centre in Birmingham. The company agreed terms on a 20,000 sq ft lease at Northern Trust's centre.

The business centre, operated by commercial property investor Northern Trust, is home to more than 30 companies. The deal was advised by property agent Whittle Jones.

Dawn Webster, lettings manager at Whittle Jones, said: "With its central location and close proximity to the Bull Ring Shopping Centre, Bradford Court offered the ideal base for Nanny Marney to set up their new café venture.

"With the added benefit of an already strong customer base from their neighbouring occupiers within the centre, we are confident that the café will prove a huge success."
