Telemarketer sets up shop in Hagley Road
Birmingham-based telemarketing agency Business Intelligence Direct (BID) has relocated to 127 Hagley Road in Edgbaston. The company has signed a ten-year lease on a unit in the building, which has undergone a £1.6m refurbishment.
BID has relocated from Calthorpe Road and signed a lease for 6,514 sq ft of office space within the building. Current clients include Standard Life and Siemens.
DTZ and King Sturge are joint letting agents on the scheme.
Andrew Berry, senior surveyor in DTZ’s office agency in Birmingham, said: "Hagley Road is an established business district and already home to a number of well-known occupiers including Barclays and HSBC. As one of the main arterial routes in and out of Birmingham, it is ideally suited to companies such as Business Intelligence Direct that have a national client base."
